Wellbeing support
Often, simply talking to someone can be all we need to express our feelings and to be heard. Our Key Stage 3 survey asked: ‘what supports your wellbeing?’ Students’ responses showed that having someone to talk to was very important:
- “Talking to my family and letting them listen to me for as long as I need to”
- “friends - be around one another and supporting each other”
- “speak to a trusted adult in school when I am in need of help"
When young people at CCS need more than that, help can come in many shapes and sizes. The team at CCS offers a wide range of support for students as shown below.
