Year 12 students this year are able to take a Sport Leaders Level 2 course. It is a nationally recognised qualification in Leadership. The students have been working with each other and with Primary classes to develop their communication, organisation and motivation. The course is predominantly a practical course which the students enjoy a great deal. Having led Primary groups already they are recognising the complexity and responsibility in managing others. The course will culminate in the Sports Leaders running both sports coaching sessions and a festival of sport in the summer.
